This ministry grew out of the hearts of two teachers with a goal of helping others to “…be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, handling accurately the Word of Truth.” (II Timothy 2:15)
Ellie Cunningham has been teaching the Bible to other women for more than 30 years. Her passion has always been disciplining women. She and Mary both want others to “…grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.” (2 Peter 3:18) through Bible studies and Sunday school classes.
Mary Moore has been an avid student of God’s Word in many different Bible studies, shepherding groups and Sunday school classes for over 20 years. She and Ellie have been collaborating on the Ladies of Grace Bible study for almost five years and the Lord is blessing their efforts as women come from many different churches to study and fellowship with the group.
Location and leaders may adjust sometimes but the group will continue to come together with a mission in mind to become women who, “…hold fast to hope…,” and to “…consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds…,” and “…never forsaking our meeting together and encouraging one another…” (Hebrews 10:23-25)
The Bible Study is held two times a year, in the Spring and in the Fall, and it is open to anyone. The fellowship is amazing and the rapport grows with each newcomer.
